This ABR-Brasil event was held through a partnership between R1 and TES, at the Tivoli Mofarrej Hotel.
This project was very challenging due to the short time and, of course, to unforeseen events. We received a briefing one week prior, and two days before the event, there was a room change because of the number of registered participants, that is, we had to be very aligned with the client and ensure that all equipment was in accordance with needs, because there was no time for a plethora of meetings or visits.
R1 Audiovisual supplied all of the equipment, such as: projection, lighting, sound and event broadcasting. And TES supplied the photo panel, backdrop for the stage, credential counter and furniture.
The event was a success, with the biggest owners of major resorts and trade media in attendance. It was broadcast on Facebook, where those in other locations were able to accompany the event live, and the client was extremely satisfied with the service provided.
After the talks were over, we had a happy hour with ambient music at the hotel's Bistro.
